Our Founder - Brad Slade
Brad is the founder of Blue Denim Corporate and a qualified accountant with an extensive financial, management and compliance background working with listed companies and unlisted SME’s.​​

He has more than 25 years of corporate administration, operational and general management, reporting, tax, company secretarial and compliance experience. He has held senior management roles within high profile private practices and listed companies servicing a diverse portfolio of clients in a number of industries, including life sciences, financial services, mining and resources, investment and property.​

Since 2005, he has provided specialist financial reporting, corporate compliance and company secretarial services to unlisted public companies and companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in the above industries.​
